The shop sells products to individuals of legal age. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
To order
Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of your cart using the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities therein, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is Paytrail, through which you can pay by card, online bank transfer.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with Customer Service, always have your customer number and order number, if any, available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging. We will provide an estimate of future delivery costs in the shopping cart, based on the preferred delivery method. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the payment and delivery methods you wish to use for your order. The delivery methods available depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you from the available delivery methods in the checkout, where the exact delivery cost is shown.
Delivery time
We often process your order the next day. Delivery time for products to Finland is approximately 7-15 working days. We also deliver products to Europe, in which case the delivery time may be 3-5 weeks. Delivery can usually take 7-15 working days, but in some cases, it can take a little longer. We hope you will be patient if your shipment is slightly delayed. Minor delays occur for a number of reasons beyond our control. The standard price of the package is x,xx€ to mainland Finland, the price will be automatically added to the total amount before payment.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are indicated in case of out-of-stock items in your shopping cart and we will also inform you of any delays immediately after placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. The online shop will inform you on its website of any abnormal delivery times.
Return conditions
Products:
The Customer has the right to cancel an order placed for a product in the Online Shop within 14 days of receipt of the product ordered. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements (customized products).
One-off deliveries of confectionery:
The customer does not have the right to cancel a one-off delivery of foodstuffs, as the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act on distance selling do not apply to one-off deliveries of foodstuffs.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer must return the product to Mad Devil and include a completed cancellation form with the delivery of the returned product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original packaging and available for resale, and there must be no signs of use on the product or its packaging.
The products are not primarily exchangeable.
However, if you wish to exchange the product you have ordered, you must send an email to info(at)maddevil.fi and follow the instructions there and return the product to Mad Devil. Products are sold at the prices in force at the time of purchase. If the original order included products at promotional prices and the promotion expired before the new order was placed, the new order will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of returning the products to be cancelled.
We will refund the full price of the paid product once the return has arrived at our warehouse. However, we will not refund the shipping costs paid, we will only refund the price of the returned product. We will process the return using the payment method you have used in the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the return of the goods if you have used the same method of payment as the one used for the return of the goods.
Please note, simply returning or not collecting the goods without a separate cancellation notice is not sufficient. If you wish to return a package, you must first collect the package and follow the return instructions. Mad Devil may charge delivery, return and handling charges for uncollected shipments according to the actual costs incurred. The amount will reflect the actual costs of delivery, handling and return.
Unclaimed package
Non-claim is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed parcel for which no cancellation notice has been given, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problems
If a product is lost or damaged in transit or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the email address given in the Cancellation and Return Policy. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier of the delivery method you have chosen.
